Mediterranean Mixta serves fresh, table-ready dinners from a food truck to be enjoyed from the comfort of home. Meals are chef-prepared on site and made with fresh, quality ingredients you can feel good about eating any day of week. Each meal is made to order and takes about 7-10 minutes to prepare. So swing by on your way home from work, and let us take care of dinner for you.


So what is a Mixta? 

Latin for the word “mixed”, a Mixta is a enticing meal featuring thin-cut meats and vegetables along with savory Mediterranean spices. Each meal is quick-cooked over high heat, leaving vegetables crisp, and flavors fresh. Add to that a distinctive side & sauce paired to go with most dishes, and you have yourself an amazing meal for any night of the week.

The Original Spanish Mixta

Uli's Chorizo, chicken breast, red-bell peppers, onion, and haricot verts tossed together in a smoked paprika broth. Surrounding saffron rice and garbanzos.  Served with a side of  lemon aioli. GF

 

Balsalmic Steak Mixta

Thin-cut flank steak marinated in balsamic and rosemary, tossed with mushrooms, broccolini, caramelized onions, and roast cherry tomatoes. Surrounding garlic roast potatoes.  Topped with a balsamic vinegar reduction and reggiano cheese. GF

 

Greek Salad Mixta

Kalamata olives, feta, cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, and red onion slivers surrounded by organic baby greens.  Served with our home-made olive tapenade vinaigrette. A great side salad, or add a chicken breast to make a complete meal. GF

 

 

Harissa Chicken Mixta

Spicy harissa-marinated chicken tossed with bell peppers, onion, and carrots. Surrounding garlic roast cauliflower with pistachio. Topped with grilled halloumi, and served with a side of our home-made mint yogurt sauce. GF

 

North African Mixta

Chicken dry marinated in African warming spices, tossed with preserved lemon, golden raisins, kalamata olives, and bell pepper. All surrounding roasted squash with pine-nuts. Served with a side of our home-made turmeric yogurt sauce. GF

 

Pasta Primavera Mixta

Fresh seasonal vegetables including asparagus, bell pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, topped with reggiano cheese. V (or add Uli's Italian Sausage)
